My vehicle sat outside all morning with no one looking at it until I stopped by to find out the results. "Which car? Oh, the one on the schedule? Where are the keys? Oh, in the drop box? The box doesn't work right and did the same thing to me" (an employee). I call back shortly before close, since no one had called me, to find out what was happening with it . $2000? - No thanks (my mechanic repaired it for $200 which included the $50 part). And we can't do the service warranty because the code isn't there even though the issue is happening to the car. I return the following week with the code and engine light. 3 more days before we can look at it and we can't order anything even though the code matches the service warranty and we don't know if we will have a loner because we only have 2. If the work didn't have to be completed by a dealership, I wouldn't be taking my vehicle to Brogden. 2 Stars because at least they didn't charge me to diagnose the $2000 issue.

I purchased this vehicle less than 2 weeks before I had to have work done on it. I have a hard time believing that in less than 100 miles, that 1000 repair wasnt needed before I purchased it. Either the shop missed this during inspection or the sales department didnt relay the information to me. I feel like I got the short end of the stick on this repair. On another note I was impressed that Brogden got me right in, ordered parts and was fixed the next day.

After getting a oil change and tie rotation which I don't think happened. I tried to use my loyal rewards. Credit towards the bill and they they said they couldn't get it done, sent me home and told me to call on star, which told me to call another phone number, which told me to call another phone number. And they told me that that dealership could do it, and they just were pulling my leg to be kind. Anyway, I call them back and told them so they I finally got it fixed. Now I have to go back and pick up my money That should have taken been taken off of the bill...
