We have had nothing but trouble from this 2024 Canyon of the universe we bought it brand new. It has had one problem after another. And when we took it in for the engine light coming on the technician finally decided to reboot it and it took overnight because they couldn't get a fast enough signal

After getting a oil change and tie rotation which I don't think happened. I tried to use my loyal rewards. Credit towards the bill and they they said they couldn't get it done, sent me home and told me to call on star, which told me to call another phone number, which told me to call another phone number. And they told me that that dealership could do it, and they just were pulling my leg to be kind. Anyway, I call them back and told them so they I finally got it fixed. Now I have to go back and pick up my money That should have taken been taken off of the bill...
